As a state-commissioned notary, I provide a high-trust environment for your most sensitive paperwork—whether we meet in person or online.
I specialize in a diverse array of General Notary Work (GNW) including:
Estate Planning: Wills, Living Trusts, Power of Attorney, and Advance Healthcare Directives.
Family & Travel: Minor Consent to Travel, Passport Applications (DS-3053), and Guardianship agreements.
Business & Corporate: Employment Eligibility (I-9) Verification, NDAs, Operating Agreements, and Commercial Leases.
Legal & Financial: Affidavits, Sworn Statements, Bill of Sale, and Vehicle Title Transfers.
Certified Copies: Diplomas, Transcripts, and Passports (Note: In Oregon, we cannot certify vital records like birth/death certificates).
I also offer an Apostile Facilitation package.
Three Ways to get your documents Notarized...
The classic stamp. I travel to your home, office, or favorite coffee shop in Ashland or Talent to notarize your physical paper documents. This is best for Original wet-ink signatures and local convenience.
The Paperless In-Person Experience. Do you have a digital document but no printer? Skip the hassle! We meet in person, but you sign digitally on a device via a secure notarization platform. You’ll receive the final, legally-binding PDF in your inbox before I even leave the room. Also if the document needs to reach its final destination digitally, we can scan it on site, sign digitally, and have it ready to go for its digital destination at that moment.
Convenience Without the Commute. The most flexible option as it can be done state-wide or even internationally. Notarize from your home or office via a secure video session. We don’t need to be in the same room—or even the same state. It’s the ultimate solution for busy schedules and long distances.
Pricing: A Platform Fee is charged per session to cover secure platform access, encrypted document transmission, and digital certificate maintenance.
Eligibility: For RON services, the document must be eligible for remote notarization under the laws of the receiving jurisdiction.
